Providing innovative strategies to the development of biotherapeutic products

I am a scientist with over 20 years of experience in the biotechnology industry as well as the founder and head coach of Revel Racing. In these rolls I excel at using data to make informed decisions, adapting to changing plans, and communicating with clients and stakeholders. I am known for my thoughtful approach to risk taking, developing optimal processes and my emotional intelligence.

After graduating from Bates College with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry in 2001, I worked for a few startup companies before joining Pfizer, where I spent the majority of my career. While at Pfizer, I also earned a Master of Science in Chemistry & Chemical Biology from Northeastern University.

My experience working for small biotech companies as well as big pharma gives me unique perspective on the drug product development process. I have worked on dozens of compounds from pre-formulation and candidate selection through process validation and commercialization. The portfolio of compounds I have developed range include high concentration monoclonal antibodies, novel protein modalities, combination and multi-dose products, and co-formulated therapies.
